My husband and I met Debra by chance over 6 years ago. We have now used her to sell 2 of our homes and buy 2 more. I honestly could not imagine going through the process without her by my side. Professionally, she goes above and beyond for her clients and is with you every step of the way. I trust her implicitly. Personally, she is just wonderful. She's down to earth, witty, has great fashion sense ; ) and she's someone that I would call a friend. I could not recommend her more.

Debra track record speaks for itself! I personally wouldn't work with anyone else in Atlanta's luxury market. Her knowledge, professionalism, creativity, negotiating skills, contacts, and experience are superior to anyone I know in Atlanta. Debra is a highly skilled agent and was a joy to work with. She helped us sell a unique midcentury home to just the right buyers. Debra has expert marketing skills and had a wonderful eye on staging and photographing our home to accentuate its unique architecture and midcentury features. Debra had a arsenal of very skilled tradesmen when needed and was super responsive to any requests. We had some difficult challenges surrounding the home sale and Debra was right in there assisting when needed to help overcome them. We couldn't have had a better realtor!

My husband and I had terrible experiences with several realtors, all of whom seemed to be chasing huge commissions for little to no work. We remained steadfast in this belief until we met Debra. We were touring a listing, where Debra was the listing agent, and decided to put in an offer. Because of the issues we'd had, we were unrepresented. She offered to represent us in the deal, normally not the smartest move for a buyer, but she really looked out for our interests. Debra was honest and open, met every single inspector and contractor, and was always available to answer questions. That deal eventually fell through, but we were so impressed with her dedication that we asked her to be our agent. After showing us a hundred houses and always staying patient with a demanding client (us), we found a lovey home and couldn't be happier. We could NOT recommend Debra more. She's by far the best agent in Atlanta.

Debra is the best realtor in Atlanta. She has been my realtor for 5 years and knew when to lease my house and when to sell it. She is very responsive and has all the right connections to get everything done to prepare a property for sale. She never wasted my time or money. She skillfully negotiated the sale of my property to maximize the price and even had a backup buyer, in case things fell through. She continued to market the property even when it was under contract, knowing that a backup buyer is a wonderful advantage to have. This is one realtor who is on top of her game. I was very impressed with her ability to market the property and advise me on the right price point for leasing the property and for the property sale. Debra is a truly genuine person . Although I know she had several other clients while we went through the process of our purchase , she made us feel we had her complete attention .
